Senses Quinta Avenida Hotel By Artisan (Adults Only) Playa del Carmen

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The bed was amazingly comfortable and huge - we slept very well. The bathroom, especially the shower, was great. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the rooftop pool which was perfect for relaxing. The location of the hotel on fifth avenue was fantastic. It was right in the middle of everything, yet surprisingly quiet in our room, allowing us to sleep peacefully. The staff were polite, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was impeccable.

We loved the friendly and accommodating receptionists, as well as the beautiful rooms and hotel interior. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and some fine restaurants. As people who like karaoke and casinos, we appreciated the karaoke nights and nearby casino facilities.

The location couldn't be better! the hotel is situated right in the heart of downtown, with the beach just a block away. It's surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shops, so there's always something to do. the staff was also amazing, always friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for food and other activities, making our stay even more enjoyable.

One thing that bothered me was the lack of privacy in the rooms. the transparent doors of the shower and toilet did not offer much privacy, which could be uncomfortable if you're traveling with friends or as a couple.

The hotel is conveniently located on the pedestrian street of 5th avenue, surrounded by bustling cafes and shops. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The staff at the reception are helpful and friendly, offering cold drinks upon arrival.

Communication with some of the hotel staff, particularly the receptionist, was difficult due to the language barrier.

Staying here was a great decision! The hotel's location on the busiest street is unbeatable, since everything is within walking distance. This place was not really designed with families in mind, but if you're traveling solo or as a couple, it's perfect!
